HM Health Solutions announces leadership promotions to support growth initiatives and Living Health strategy

As HM Health Solutions (HMHS) continues to enable growth opportunities in an ever-evolving industry and streamline business processes, it has realigned its operations. Michael (Mick) Malec, who joined the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2018, has been named Chief Executive Officer. Former COO Brian Lucotch will transition into a new role as the company’s President, and Melissa Stephens Williamson will succeed Lucotch in a dual role as COO and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
